Lesley RandallHead Coach - Junior Varsity Girls(2025)
Coach Randall brings energy, expereince and a lifelong passion for soccer to the role of Head Coach for Mountain View's Junior Varsity soccer program. A former varsity soccer player at Mill Creek High School and a long-time member of the GSA club , Coach Randall has been immersed in the world of soccer from a young age.
After her time at Mill Creek, Coach Randall went on to play college soccer at Piedmont College, where she honed her skills and further developed her understanding of the game. Despite stepping away from the field as a player, soccer remains in Coach Randall’s blood. Her deep understanding of the game, from youth levels to collegiate play, shaped her coaching philosophy: emphasizing technical development, teamwork, and a passion for the sport. As a coach, she is dedicated to creating an environment where athletes not only improve their skills but also grow as individuals both on and off the field.
