Donald Macoy

Head Coach - Varsity Girls

Coach Macoy joined the Mountain View faculty for the 2016-2017 school year in the Health and Physical Education department. He comes to us from Riverwood High School where he coached girls soccer for 18 seasons and served as the assistant Athletic Director. His teams went to the state playoffs 12 out of 18 seasons. Coach Macoy was selected as the girls state coach of the year in 2011 & 2013.

Other coaching experience includes high school volleyball; 8th grade, 9th grade, and varsity assistant basketball; high school and college Cross Country & Track. He began playing soccer at 6 years old and continues to play as an adult.

Jeremy McNeill

Assistant Coach - Varsity Girls(2019)

Coach McNeill comes with a wealth of experience on a youth, collegiate, and professional level. After enjoying success in high school as a four year, All county and state player varsity player at Norcross High School & with a Nationally ranked club team with the likes of multiple World Cup & Olympic soccer players and National tournaments invites. Coach McNeill played for both Georgia State University and Piedmont College earning Defensive All American in 1996 & a NAIA National Championship. Coach McNeill also spent a brief period with Blackpool F.C. in the Championship League in England prior to an injury. 

These days, Coach McNeill is actively involved with youth development initiatives such as soccer camps and clinics with Atlanta United developing the next generation of players through club teams, and also specializes in speed and agility and personal training. Coach McNeill has been with our coaching staff for the last 7 years continuing to help push the program to new heights.  

 
 
 
Lesley Randall

Head Coach - Junior Varsity Girls(2025)

Coach Randall brings energy, expereince and a lifelong passion for soccer to the role of Head Coach for Mountain View's Junior Varsity soccer program. A former varsity soccer player at Mill Creek High School and a long-time member of the GSA  club , Coach Randall has been immersed in the world of soccer from a young age.
After her time at Mill Creek, Coach Randall went on to play college soccer at Piedmont College, where she honed her skills and further developed her understanding of the game. However, after the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Coach Randall made the decision to retire from playing and transfer to the University of Georgia to focus on her academics and she graduated from UGA in May 2024. 
Despite stepping away from the field as a player, soccer remains in Coach Randall’s blood. Her deep understanding of the game, from youth levels to collegiate play, shaped her coaching philosophy: emphasizing technical development, teamwork, and a passion for the sport. As a coach, she is dedicated to creating an environment where athletes not only improve their skills but also grow as individuals both on and off the field.
Coach Randall is excited to bring her experience, leadership, and love for the game to the Mountain View program in her inaugural year as JV Head Coach. She is committed to building a competitive and supportive team culture while fostering growth and success for each player.

 


Katie Reinhart
Assistant Coach- Junior Varsity Girls(2024)

Katie played for Mountain View Soccer during 2017-2020. She was apart of the 2019 Varsity State team. She also worked alongside Coach Jeremy at GSA with a U-13 team, which went 13-0. 

She now returns to her alma mater to help coach The junior varsity girls team.


Kennedy Jackson
Assistant Coach- Varsity Girls(2025)

 “ Kennedy Jackson is a proud alumnus of the Mountain View High School Soccer program, where she played from 2017 to 2020 at the varsity level. Before college, she developed her skills competing at the ECNL level, showcasing her talent and dedication to the game. Jackson went on to play collegiate soccer at Georgia Southern University from 2020 to 2021 and the University of South Carolina Upstate from 2022 to 2023. She graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies along with a minor in coaching.

Now stepping into a new role , Jackson is excited to give back to the program that laid the foundation for her success. With a wealth of experience and a passion for the game, she is dedicated to helping the next generation of players grow both on and off the field.”
